ABWA Celebrates 75 Years!

The American Business Women's Association (ABWA) was founded on September 22, 1949. The women's organization (men are welcome) was founded after World War II by Mr. Hilary Bufton, Jr., and three Kansas City businesswomen to help women build their business skills and grow personally and professionally, and that mission still applies today:

ABWA MISSION STATEMENT

To bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.

ABWA will celebrate its 75th anniversary at the National Women's Leadership Conference on September 25-28, 2024, in Overland Park, Kansas. See details below.

Annual national membership dues are $115, which includes the Achieve newsletter, Just-in-Time Webinars, and access to the ABWA Apex Campus.
