As women we all share a story on how we arrived at our careers. In this presentation, we will share history, tips and tools on how to navigate in the everchanging climate of how women balance homelife, and sometimes motherhood in our careers, and manage to look great doing it!

Patricia Duncan is a native Detroiter and the mother of 3 successful adult children. She is a graduate of Cass Tech High School, MDTA School of Practical Nursing, Wayne County Community College, and Spring Arbor University. She has also received a certification from the University of North Carolina as a Child Care health Consultant.

She has been employed as a nurse for the last 41 years. She has had the pleasure of a dual career as a Family Life Educator and Childcare Health Consultant, serving as a health and safety trainer for Head Start Programs. She is presently employed by…
