By focusing specifically on bias, we will be able to dive deeper into the concept of bias and privilege and how this can, often subconsciously, impact the experiences of those we interact with. During this session, we will humanize the conversation with the ultimate goal of participants to understand how their own personal experiences impact how they navigate through their environment.
