35-Year Anniversary / Kathy Crawford

Join us for this 35-Year Anniversary / Holiday Celebration, featuring our beloved Kathy Crawford presenting, "Don't Worry . . . Be Happy!" Kathy always brings her quirky sense of humor!

After many years of service to the community of Novi and to the State of Michigan, Kathy Crawford currently serves as Vice Chair of the City of Novi Historical Commission, Vice Chair of the Novi Library Board, and she is an active member of the Friends of the Novi Library. She is owner of “Kathy Crawford Communications,” a member of the Mayor-appointed Novi Older Adults Needs Committee (OAN), and a member of the Michigan State Fair Steering Committee. Kathy is Founder and Current Chair of the Senior Day at the State Fair Committee.

In addition to the accomplishments described above, Kathy Crawford and her husband Hugh, who is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, past Oakland County Commissioner-District #9, and past Michigan State Representative, have lived in Novi all of their lives and are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary in September 2024. They have raised three children: Douglas, Amy and Kelly, and are enjoying the many accomplishments of their four grandchildren.

The Novi Oaks Charter Chapter welcomes you to our meeting. There are two ticket options: $25 includes dinner or $5 for the Zoom. Networking and dinner begin at 6:00 p.m. / Introductions and the Zoom begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the speaker. A short chapter meeting follows.
