Holly Hengstebeck named ABWA 2022 Top Ten
Novi Oaks Charter Chapter member honored as one of the American Business Women's Association National 2022 Top Ten
Holly Hengstebeck was nominated as our chapter's Top Ten candidate at an outdoor, freezing cold voting meeting on March 7, 2020. The Top Ten is an ABWA National award, with chapters across the U.S. nominating a member based on her career, education, involvement in ABWA, and contributions to her community.
The next step was to complete the Top Ten application, which was reviewed by a panel of three businesswomen outside of ABWA. The announcement of the 2022 Top Ten was made on Thursday, September 23, during the Just-In-Time Webinar conducted by national Executive Director Rene' Street.
The Top Ten and the American Business Woman of ABWA are the highest honors in the association.

The second virtual ABWA 2021 National Women's Leadership Conference (NWLC) took place in Colorado on November 4-6, 2021. As part of that conference, the Top Ten were interviewed by a three-person panel made up of the current American Business Woman of ABWA, Dr. Deborah Johnson Blake (top honor in ABWA) and two other ABWA members who had previously served as national officers or were previous Top Tens. These three women chose Cindy Osmer (pictured upper left above) to be recognized as the 2022 American Business Woman of ABWA.
