Autumn Brunch With Auction
Updated: Mar 24, 2019
Novi Oaks' 15th Annual Autumn Brunch With Auction planned for September 21, 2019
Plans are in the works for the Novi Oaks 15th Annual Autumn Brunch With Auction, which will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019. Last year's brunch and auction raised just under $12,000 for scholarships and member education. This one major fundraiser has grown since the first event held in 2005, where we offered 26 baskets for auction.
With the continued generosity and support of area business people, our members, and our friends, Novi Oaks now offers from 200 to 300 items each year, and we have raised over $10,000 per year since 2013.
Where else can you go to sip Mimosas while you shop for gifts? You don't want to miss this fun event!
As always, our members and guest hostesses will be creating fantastic table decorations, which add to the fun for this morning event. With the silent and live auctions, there will be plenty of great decorations, gift certificates and gift cards, toys, jewelry pieces, household items, art, and accessories. And don't forget the food and wine!
We accept credit cards - which should help in your shopping efforts. Our beautiful, new items are gift-worthy, and you will definitely find some great deals! Don't forget - there are no friends at an auction - but go ahead and invite your friends for an awesome morning. You will be helping us help women - one woman at a time.
Proceeds are used to fund the Bettie Archer Johnson Scholarship at Madonna University and to fund scholarships and grants through the ABWA Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund. Please visit our Scholarships and Education page for more details on the two $2,000 scholarships being offered by Novi Oaks in 2019. The deadline for completed applications is May 15, 2019.
